Lunchtime for Gaza
A joint initiative from the Jewish Socialists’ Group and JFJFP
Ivor Dembina, a member of the JSG and a signatory of JFJFP has organized a benefit show at his year’s Edinburgh fringe to raise humanitarian relief for the people of Gaza. Ivor tells us that he has assembled an extremely strong line-up (including three Jewish performers) and that a sell-out is an absolute certainty. He’s asked us to point out if you will be in Edinburgh, or have friends up there who want to attend, tickets should be purchased as soon a possible directly from the venue’s web site (see below).
Also, throughout the Festival Ivor will also be presenting a revised version of his own remarkable solo show about the conflict entitled ‘This is Not a Subject for Comedy’. It’s free to get in with a voluntary donation at the end of the show (again details below).
